The title is not misleading, the Samsung Galaxy S6 is indeed out and what's more, they have also introduced a variation imitating the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, which is, the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge.
Though from what I've read so far, even though their price differs by a solid 143.724 USD (roughly) the specifications are almost identical, with the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge costing more...
Some of the most basic specifications to check for are listed below:
Processor - 64 bit, octa-core processor (1.5 GHz quad core and 2.1 GHz quad core)
Ram - 3 GB
Camera - Primary (Rear) - 16 MP Real-time HDR/VOIS
- Secondary (Front) - 5 MP HDR
Operating System - Android Lollipop (5.0)
Internal Storage - 64 GB and 32 GB models available
Screen - Size --- 5.1" (12.95 cm)
- Resolution --- 2560x1440 (Quad HD Super AMOLED)
- Pixel Density --- 577 ppi
Battery - 2,600mAh

Well, when I look for a device, these are the main specifications I look for and even thought, keeping the processing power in mind, the battery may be a bit lesser than it should, the phone does sport a bunch of pretty awesome features such as a 16 MP camera and an octa-core processor...
At the time of writing of this post, the Samsung Galaxy S6 and Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge are available to pre-book at the Samsung official website for just 31.934 USD (2000 INR) but the actual prices are :
Samsung Galaxy S6 - 796.74 USD/ 49900 INR (32 GB)
- 892.54 USD/ 55900 INR (64 GB)
Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge - 940.44 USD/ 58900 INR (32 GB)
- 1036.25 USD/ 64900 INR (64GB)
and you WILL have to pay the balance later...

if i order this stuff will i get the Samsung (Oculus Rift) VR gear
ReplyDeleteIf I'm not wrong, the Samsung Galaxy S6 already has a VR device optimized for it, the Gear VR. The Oculus Rift will only begin shipping next year. But I do believe there was some offer like that.
