Hey people, today we are going to take a look into Google's brand new 'Project Tango'.

What is Project Tango? In Google's own words :

"Project Tango technology gives a mobile device the ability to navigate the physical world similar to how we do as humans. Project Tango brings a new kind of spatial perception to the Android device platform by adding advanced computer vision, image processing, and special vision sensors."

Basically, it is an attempt to take technology to the next level, a new level where machines can actually see the world the way we do, understand space and know that they are moving through space the way we know it, not just by motion sensors...

It's core technologies that will help it accomplish this are :

Motion Tracking :
The device will use specialized sensors to better understand position and orientation. It will help to provide Real-Time information about the 3D motion of the device.

Depth Perception :
It will help the device understand the shape of the world around it better which will help the virtual world interact with the real world more smoothly.

Area Learning  :
The device will use Advanced Computer Vision and Image Processing to recognize the world around them. It will enable to self-correct errors in Motion Tracking and re-localize in areas they've seen before.

So you can buy a development kit from the Google Play Store, I believe, and develop applications on the Tango Device (Specs provided below) that will use its capabilities and your creativity.

Today's post might be a real shocker for some of you new Clashers out there...

I will be explaining just how useful Justin Bieber might be in a War Clan Castle. Yes, Justin Bieber.

Nah, it's actually Healers...

So, even though people think that having a healer in your Clan Castle for defense is pointless, that's not entirely true. Turns out that Healers used to have the capability to repair/heal damaged buildings while being attacked.

But all that stopped a while ago.

NOW, Healers don't heal buildings after the September 2014 update, instead, they heal your Heroes and other Clan Castle troops during defense, who knew?!

Okay, maybe some of you did.

A lot of people have a variety of troops hidden in their Clan Wars CC, but how many of them pop out a couple of healers???

For War Castles that can hold 30+ spaces, in my opinion, two healers are your best bet... Why?
Well, look at it this way.

You get the most badass dragon from your clan, you throw in a couple of wizards and minions etc. but they all end up dying at the hands of 20 archers that lured them out anyways, 20 freaking archers!

Here's how healers solve that problem :

1. They don't get lured out, even though they do step out of the Clan Castle, they don't rush to the enemy like the others.
https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg_RuCE3ok4aGZse_xRIfr4i81On4DieUeda_FzW8ROc8ImFtCXgi-aKBrurHkHeU1ywC18h_pwKhhEQYLRT5MoHP80ufDnJiiEXto7CobHj_IvlViPKTEgiKiyiIkT_62LHaliEHKAGno/s1600/%25231.png
In other words, they can't be killed off at the beginning, which makes those 20  something archers in your opponents arsenal completely useless!

2. They heal your heroes. They obviously have to be good for something, and this is it. You're gonna have an invincible Archer Queen kicking ass with those X-Bows!

3. They're the last thing your opponent would expect in a War CC, so at-least you have the element of surprise on your side!

So trust me on this fellow clashers, throw in some healers for your CC and see how it works out for you...

So you've got your tab/smartphone in your hand(s) and you're playing Rival Kingdoms and you heard of various charities across the world. Now, you're excited with the prospect of helping out your favourite organization that helps out... animals? patients? old people?? ANY of these on the Charity list available on their website!

Not sure how to do it?  Let me help!

This post is regarding the "Charity Streaking" event online RIGHT now, by which you can donate $100-$10,000 just by uploading ONE video of you playing this game.

In this game (I've done a post on this earlier), you can make a winning streak by chaining victories in battles against other players from around the globe.

Event duration : 6/1/15 - 6/30/15 (1st June to 30th June, 2015)

If you have played the game (you can start now of course), and you have got a 10+ Win streak, then all you have to do is post a video of you making that streak on YouTube. BUT, there are requirements.
 - You have to have at-least 100 followers on YouTube, Twitch, or Twitter.
Wait... yup, that's it. That's all the requirements right there!

So,  when you upload a video of a 10+ winning streak, and you are one of the first 100 channels to do so (many haven't), SpaceApe (the maker of this game and Samurai Siege, a similar game) will donate $100 to the charity you select from their charity list.

After posting your video, you must nominate 3 other channels (your friends) with 100+ followers to keep the event running.
IF the event hits 100 channels, it will trigger an extra  $10,000 donation to the charity chosen by the channel with the longest winning streak. So join now and help out your favourite charity!!!

That's all for today an always remember to like, follow and share  for further updates and of course, stay awesome!

Hey people, what's up?
Today's post involves the introduction of a new game which came by my eyes when just about all the Clash YouTubers made videos about it.
So what is Rival Kingdoms? This new game that dares to take on the several veteran games in the world of strategy and team game-play (talking about Clash here!). Rival Kingdoms, is a game quite similar to all these other games, but with startling differences.

1. Graphics? - The very first that your eye will spot no matter how dull it is (they are? Am I referring to your eyes or the Graphics???). They've got more frame-rate and better graphics than I've seen on most War based strategy games I've happened to come across and are a real treat to the eyes. They might slow down on some stone age devices though.

2. Change in Rules
Kingdoms -- So in Clash of Clans we have clans, in Rival Kingdom, we have kingdoms! I'm not talking about imaginary kingdoms with your name on a random list. No, I'm talking about real kingdoms with more than just the King and Queen designations, designations that extend all the way from "King" to "Lords" to "Outcasts"!

Raiding -- Unlike ALL other games I've seen, you do NOT have to train or pay for the troops in Rival Kingdoms. Wait a second, does that mean unlimited raiding? Not quite. To balance it out, they have introduced a new element called Battle Stones. Much like lives in Candy Crush. One Battle Stone regenerates every 20 minutes and you can hold up to 5 at once by regular regeneration. You can use more than one battle stone consecutively if you have it without any delay, so that's a yes to aggressive chain attacks.

Kingdom Raids/War -- There is the same old War stuff here as well, but with different principles. Here, you have to make your way fighting the commoners of the opposing kingdom first, then the higher posts and finally get to the King. Every time you fight someone, you use up some battle energy. If you win that battle, you get 5 times the energy as a reward to beat 5 more people and the chain continues. I haven't participated much in Kingdom Raids so far, so I'm not sure.

The Global Server -- Now there is a significant change here. There will be absolutely NO global shuffling. Meaning, when you turn the game off and sign back in later, you will still be on the same global server. This is to resolve the idle server problems that are plaguing other game companies now. Even though having a single chat server may sound boring, new people join everyday and it's almost like a clan chat. Also, besides the regular Kingdom Chat, you can maintain a "private" chat box with everyone in your kingdom, obviously so you can conspire against the King without his knowledge!

Heroes/Ancients -- Very much similar to Castle Clash, you can "acquire" more than two super troops in the game, referred to in this game as "Ancients" having special abilities both elemental and physical.

Besides all that, there is still a whole bunch of stuff that I've left out, but I haven't really gone deep into the game yet so I'm not aware of much. But I will keep you all updated whenever I can.

That's all for today, and remember to like, comment,
follow, and stay awesome!

Hey guyz, what's up and going on with you all. Today I am completely psyched because after a long time and a lot of hard work this blog is finally visible on Google's FIRST page of results for the search - "the guy with random stuff"! (It never used to come before)

Now I don't know if Google Results are random sometimes, but I have read that they are based on how responsive a website is and how much it is trusted, and to have this blog on that list is like another milestone for this blog.

Again, like I said in my "2k Views!!!" post, this may not be a big thing for many of you all, but it is indeed a great achievement to me and once again I thank you all for your support by reading my blog.

That's all for now, and always remember to like, share, follow and of course, stay awesome!

This is just a quick notification to let you guys know that the Xiaomi 16000 mAh power bank is going for sale on 9th June at 2 PM.
A power bank is a portable battery
(very small) that you can charge
your phone/tab from and is very useful for power hungry devices. 16000 mAh would give about 45 Hours of charge on a standard phone.

So everybody NOT living under a rock in the 21st Century wants a tab right? Everything we do from finding dinner recipes to playing games to navigating around the city can be done on a slate thinner than bread, and considerably smarter.

However, do we all want to pay in the "Thousands Leagues" to get a stylish tablet and maybe some good specs stuffed in with it, or are we willing to sacrifice the style factor and get the best for our money???
If you are looking for a tablet that will follow your most demanding tasks and still not burn a hole in your pocket, you are at the right place.
And now, let's cut to the chase and I will bring to you,

                                  The Xiaomi Mi Pad

So yes, this is a tablet from the Xiaomi range of devices and even though after looking around on the GeekBench database I found out that this is not the fastest tablet out there (the fastest being the NVIDIA Shield Tablet, for its price) it does have the best features compared to the others and their costs.

Priced at 12,999 INR (202 USD/$202), this tablet is almost too good to be true, but it is too good and yet, true.

So why did I pick this tablet over the NVIDIA Shield Tablet? Even though the latter is considerably better in some cases and faster in multi-core processing, it has a pretty dull camera with NO flash. But that's only because it was made as a gaming tablet. Also, the Xiaomi Mi Pad is just the best tablet all round, for budget gaming only, the NVIDIA Shield Tablet will probably rule.

Important Specifications of the Xiaomi Mi Pad

Processor (CPU): NVIDIA Tegra K1 (Quad core clocked at 2.2-GHz)

Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) :
NVIDIA Kepler GPU, 192 CUDA cores for fantastic game processing!

RAM : 2 GB LPDDR3 (Processor + Ram here = Cool for gaming, watching videos and multitasking)

Storage: 16 GB of inbuilt storage WITH up to 128 GB via Micro SD Card

Camera : (Rear) 8 MP camera with BSI
               (Front) 5 MP camera

Battery : 6700 mAh (For my non-tech savvy viewers out there,                                           that's a decent battery life, maybe a day of continuous usage)

Display : 7.9" 2048 x 1536, 326 PPI, 1080p IPS High Resolution.

Other stuff (need not be specified) : Wi-Fi all types with 5 GHz freq. as well, Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi Direct, and a bunch of other features.

I believe that's all you need to get an idea of a Tab, and of-course you can read more about the Mi Pad right here

The world is full of 'hard' hearts,
Hearts that are hard as stone,
And when out comes ONE soft heart,
He finds himself all alone.

They all believe you must be hard enough,
To survive in this place at all,
But who, then, will be soft enough,
To cushion a hard one's fall?

NO, this land does not need hard-hearted people,
But needs the gentle and meek,
For your anger may make your own heart hard,
But only the others the LORD will seek.
